1. Agreement to Terms

2. Our Services

Qredence Studio provides strategic YouTube content services, including editing, packaging, optimization, and monthly strategy, for coaches, consultants, founders, agency owners, and service businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined separately in a service agreement.

3. No Guaranteed Results

While we apply proven strategic principles, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as subscriber counts, view counts, or client volume, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Partnership Terms

Engagements operate on a monthly basis with no long-term lock-in contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end the partnership according to the notice terms outlined in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, finished content produced for a client becomes the property of that client upon full payment. Qredence Studio retains the right to reference completed work in its own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Payment

Payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of services.

7. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qredence Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
